Welcome to the registration portal for the Cartagena Carnival 2027!

To formalize your participation in this edition, you must complete the process according to the following instructions:

1. Prerequisites and Group Registration
Before starting the registration, it is essential to pay the deposit by bank transfer to the Federation's account, indicating in the concept "CARNIVAL DEPOSIT 2027" followed by the GROUP NAME .

To complete the group registration form, it is mandatory to attach the following documents in digital format :

• Proof of deposit of the bond.

• Certificate of ownership of the group's IBAN account.

Once you submit the form with this documentation, the system will generate and assign you a unique PARTICIPATION CODE .

2. Registration in Competitions
With the code obtained, you will be able to access the specific forms and register the group in the competitions in which you wish to compete.

Important exception: The Drag Queen Contest is the only exception to this process. To participate, you DO NOT need to register your group or obtain the code beforehand ; you can register directly using the corresponding form. For all other categories, the PARTICIPATION CODE is mandatory.
