It is celebrated on the Monday following the Grand Carnival Parade.

A burst of color fills the historic center of Cartagena. Enjoy the charm and ingenuity of our carnival troupes as they parade through the iconic streets of the Old Town , transforming the city center into a tapestry of color, music, and elegance.

After the parade, the activity moves to the Official Carnival Tent . There, the dance groups put on a show, displaying the culmination of a year's work in a spectacular display of dance, coordination, and design that highlights the talent of our carnival artists.
